    Asforthe GM, it seems to be the owners who end up wanting these flashy college coaches.

    Nope, never liked the hire from day one. Giant mistake to hire a guy with no NFL experience. Would be like a top college program hiring a high school coach.

    I can dredge up old posts from when Kelly was hired, back when the media was in love with him,saying it was a mistake for an NFL team to hire him. I figured he might have a good year or two but if he did it would fall apart fast.
