Wrong. Last year's top QB prospects were better. But the rest of this year's draft (particularly the first round) is full of top shelf talent. Last year's draft was top heavy. After the top 10 picks or so, not many prospects graded out as 1st round worthy.

In the history of football, how many teams have traded up from number 20 to number 1??? It simply doesn't happen, because the cost of going that far down in the draft is insane.

You are an extreme Texan Homer if you think that is remotely fair.

You proposed 1 current player from your team, and then you assumed we would take Elliot with your number 24 pick.

Tunsil very likely will be a franchise LT. And he's about 8 years younger and will cost much less money than your guy. And it's entirely likely we could get Elliot in the 2nd round if we really wanted him.

So yes, I'd much rather have Tunsil for 10 the next years.

Clowney over Bortles or Khalil Mack. Texans doing Texans stuff.

Although I would be hard pressed to find anyone who would have taken Bortles over Clowney. I'm not sure the Jags would have done it if they had #1.

To be fair, it's been exactly 2 seasons, one of which Clowney was injured for. And while Mack and Bortled both have been very good so far, Clowney has been very good as well when he's been on the field. This year he had 4.5 sacks, even while starting only half his games. The issue, obviously, is he hasn't been able to stay healthy.

Clowney is a bust. He has had a few moments but he is a bust.

No way, Clowney wasn't even starting yesterday. And he's played half a season out of two seasons.
