    I don't think they mean 2nd interviews, I think they mean comparing notes of the guys who have interviewed and ranking them in order of preference.

    That picture of AAS that was posted earlier has to be pretty old. Look at pics of her now and she looks like a true elderly person.

    Ballard and Toub. Call it a day. Best choices for us. Head coach doesn't need to be a great X and O guy like Jackson and McDaniels. He needs to be a leader and CEO. From everything I've heard, that's Toub. Also, that's why you have coordinators. Keep Horton and LeBeau and find a OC. Great offseason for us.
