Firing whisenhunt, firing Webster. That's two big ones in the last few months. Not sure what else she could have done at this point. Both firings were unquestionably good calls.

I hear ya. I do think it's unlikely we keep Mularkey. But I just can't completely write off as a legitimate possibility either.

If we do keep Mularkey it's basically the equivalent of Strunk giving the middle finger to the fanbase.

It's basically choosing between a proven loser or a guy with a very real chance of destroying the locker room. Neither one of those guys should be anywhere near the top of our list.

Time and time again as a head coach Mularkey has produced some of the worst of the worst offenses you'll see... There is no reason to even think he could get the job full-time..

Absolutely. They were also calls that I think > 90% of owners would have made. What she does right here is what really matters. I give her props for killing the direction the team WAS heading. But now she has the much more difficult task of putting this team on the correct trajectory.

This is what scares me. This is a team that apparently no one in the family wanted after Bud died. Tommy Boy had to basically be forced into the face of the franchise role and then threw in the towel a year later. Now we get Amy. Is she even qualified to be making these kind of decisions? I'm not saying she necessarily isn't, but considering she was too busy hunting ducks (or whatever the hell it was) to get involved after Bud's passing it just makes me wonder.
