    So does he stay or go? We committed to move from the 4-3 to the 3-4. It takes several years to fully transition from one to the other personnel wise. If we are going to continue the progress towards the 3-4 than LeBeau in important for that transition as he is the master. If we are returning to the 4-3 than we need a whole new set of coaches and it will take a few more bad years to transform backwards. What is best for us? Right now we suck either way and need personnel upgrades big time but the difference changes how we approach FA and the draft.

    If they go with schwartz he's a 4-3. Dick is a 3-4. I don't think they'd agree on a lot. If horton leaves maybe he follows horton or retires

    Not that I think they should have both on the staff but Schwartz's wide-9 version of the 4-3 isn't that huge of a difference from Lebeau's 3-4.

    Personally I'd rather have Schwartz just for the fact that he's younger. Lebeau won't coach that much longer. Probably won't matter anyways when we turn the whole staff over next season anyways.

    I would rather have Lebeau as the HC over mularkey and he never got a second thought. In fact Schwartz may have been better option as HC
