Kenny Britt god what a tease he turned out to be. Remember those monster games he'd turn in ever once in a while.. Thought for sure he'd be a star for us at one point.

In all fairness, injuries screwed him good (knees) but he would find trouble more than necessary.

Remember when he dismantled Philly. Asante Samuel looked awful against Britt.

Back to Henry. Has anyone seen, or done themselves, a breakdown film of him showing he can create in the NFL and doesn't need an elite line.

Just as a watcher , I want us to get Henry, it would make watching more exciting because he's a big play waiting to happen. It would really be worth it if we trade down and acquire an extra 2nd.

I don't mind Henry depending on where we would get him. He does remind me a little of Eddie George and that worked out ok. I think Eddie was a little more shifty, but Henry better at breaking tackles past the line. Same height and Henry is about 7 pounds heavier. But again, depends on where we would take him and what we did in free agency. If we trade down and get an extra 2nd, I'm in.

I've heard him compared to the guy in your avatar. He's huge and powerful. I'm curious what his 40 time is, because he looks a little slow out of the gate.

Alabama RB Derrick Henry's 2016 NFL draft prospects | The MMQB with Peter King

“He is Eddie George,” says the veteran NFL scout. “That body can give and take punishment. Holy cow, is he physical. He is not just a back who will get the yards that are there. He'll fight for the extra yard, yard and a half that backs don’t often get at the [NFL] level.”

George himself agrees with the comparison. “We definitely have similar styles because of our heights,” he says. “He is a heavy guy; he can wear down a defense. I don’t see where the criticism [about height] comes in. We just debunk the idea that all running backs have to be short.”

Henry lists George and Eric Dickerson (also 6-3) among former NFL backs that inspire him. Like those two legends, Henry combines his size with subtle quickness and speed. He’s a long-striding runner who needs two or three steps to get started, but once he breaks into the second level he’s difficult to bring down and can outrun pursuit angles.

If Henry is available in the second, I don't see why not. The new regime wants a physical style offense.

Haven't watched him play much, but I know he's huge and should be a punishing type back that wears down a defense.

Plus, the small shifty guys we've had haven't been very effective since CJs early years. Need someone to make their own yards because it seems like the oline will never be fixed in TN.

PS... I'm one of the few still giving Sankey a chance to be a decent back...but I don't think the team will.

Henry is a legit beast. I hope the Titans can trade down and end up with Henry with their 2nd pick. However, i would not be surprised if some other team takes a shot by picking up Henry early to mid in the first round. Look how well the Gurley pick worked out for St. louis.

People calling Henry a playmaker.... what the fuhh???

He's not a playmaker at the next level. He's too lumbering and takes too long to get moving.

He requires a huge hole to do anything and even then, he's 1 cut max.

God, It amazes me how you people can't even see the EASY bust calls. The NFL isn't Alabama/college. He's below average in every sense at the NFL level.
