We've won 5 games in two years. We had the #2 pick last year and put together a team that was worthy of a #1 pick this year. We're up there with the likes of Cleveland. I don't think we have any players worth stealing! Maybe a couple. The best thing to happen to this team would be to flush it and start from scratch. But that means flushing the ownership, the HC, the asst. coaches, the scouts..... everything. I know this rubs people the wrong way but, Marcus is not the answer. Look at the last Super Bowl and its two QBs. Impressed?!?! Watching that game and seeing those two defenses tells me how far we are from doing anything. If we loose Stevens or Woods, it wouldn't make a difference either way, this, coming from a team that had no real starting RB last year. As far as this team goes, loosing players is a good thing.

How many teams are we competing with for these guys we all want? I know the Bears are also in the Tackle market, but who else needs Tackles? Joe Barksdale is the best available guy Im aware of, are we a better team to go to than Chicago?

No, but I'd say there's higher upside at the QB position here.

Those two being the first priorities doesn't mean much to me since they can't really do anything else at the moment anyway.

Im doing the research, so far it looks like at least 7 other teams will be targeting Tackles in FA or the draft..

I'm sure at least half of those are much more desirable than this sad franchise.

Baltimore is the only team Id think would be better if youre a Tackle. They have a QB and a HC worth a damn. We have just a QB and nothing else..

SF, SD, MIA, CHI, PHI, OAK, not better places to be if your a Tackle IMO

I don't know, if I'm a tackle, I'd argue Miami would be better, maybe San Fran, Oakland is looking much better than Tennessee currently, and the others you could at least argue. If I were a tackle, Tennessee would be in the bottom half of the conversation imo.

I think it depends on the competition the guy will go against. Most guys will go to crap teams if they know they will be competing as a starter or have a good chance starting. Most younger players working towards that 2nd/3rd contract would go that route in order for them to get paid.

I would think older guys prefer well-established teams, franchises that have a chance to make a SB run so they can mark that off of their bucket list.

The wild card factor in this will be how much money they will be paid. Money talks.
