Other options at #1

    Everyone seems to be focused on taking either Tunsil, Bosa, or Ramsey at #1. Let's say we address the O-line, grab a starting safety and corner, and get an ILB in FA. This frees us up to pick whomever we want at #1. To me, if this happened, the best route to go would be DeForest Buckner. The guy is a natural fit at 3-4 DE and looks to be an instant impact player. I think I might like him more than the big 3 anyway.

    Also, the idea of picking Myles Jack as a pass rush specialist would be pretty intriguing. He is on the smallish side to be playing OLB, but the guy has produced.

    Anyway, just wanted thoughts on some guys that we haven't talked extensively about.

    I prefer Buckner over Bosa anyway. I mean if we were to draft Bosa and play him out of position, we might as well just draft the natural and perhaps better 3-4 DE prospect in Buckner.

    Buckner is nasty....I think if they don't go Ramsey, you'd have to go Buckner. Thats saying that they don't take Tunsil, which I still think there is a good chance they take the Tackle

    If you take those 3 out of the draft, I'd want a trade down for sure (really, even if just ramsey was taken out). But, i think the 2nd best player in the draft is jack and 3rd is buckner.

    I would gladly take Buckner or jack...I think Buckner is arguably one of the best in the draft. I'm a big fan of Billings too, but if we take that NT from the Jets, we won't need him.

    I wouldn't mind Myles Jack if we were able to peel back a few picks. He can help solidify the middle with Avery. We need a quarterback for our defense, he could be that guy.
