The Raiders and Osemele have agreed in principle.

I heard this morning that he was getting offers of $10+ million per year. No thanks to that.

The thing is, with the extra boost in cap, the top players are gonna get more than we expected. Additionally, he can play RT so he's gonna want OT money. Lastly, their is a dearth of OL talent around the league and due to suppy and demand, the top OL are gonna get paid big.

I'd have given him the $10mil/yr because if he's the only OL I sign in FA, he could play RT or LG for us so I keep my options open and don't tip my hand on Tunsil and gives me the flexibility in the draft to take the best OC, OG, or OT if I want more upgrades. Lastly, Osemele has filled in well at RT and LT so gives us protection their from an injury standpoint too. And he's a good run blocker...something we need as well.

"The Chicago Tribune's Brad Biggs reports the Titans and Bears could be interested in free agent ILB Danny Trevathan.

Trevathan has also been linked with the Falcons. Trevathan was drafted Bears coach John Fox in Denver, and the Titans have plenty of money to splash around in free agency. Trevathan is Rotoworld's No. 2 available inside linebacker."

Saw this on fb. Exactly who I wanted us to pick up. Hopefully JR can make it happen.

Sorry if this has been posted before but heard on the radio that Cruz may be out of NY if he won't restructure his deal... Any chance we go after him? Not the biggest fan but I'll take any moves the FO wants, just happy that we are being productive.

Did you read anything I said? Apparently not. You have selective hearing/reading disorder. I repeatedly gave examples of teams like Denver and the Texans...two of the better 3-4 defenses, and THEY HAVE MORE THAN TWO ELITE PASS RUSHERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's called quality depth. Is Clowney a backup? Is Mercilus a backup? Is Watt a backup? That is 3 First Rd picks used on pass rushers! Us drafting Bosa would be no different that the Texans taking Clowney last year!

Being in the rotation as a ROOKIE doesn't mean you won't start at some point, and players are not just rotated to give the starters a breather. They are used differently in various packages. On passing downs one could make the argument that Klug is a starter. On running downs, he's taken out. He is part of the rotation, but that doesn't mean he is a backup.

Bosa's role would probably grow after his rookie season, so even if he were initially a role player, it doesn't mean he wouldn't/won't supplant Morgan.

Your argument is like fussing about Ramsey vs Perrish Cox....a veteran whom we also signed to a decent contract last year. Ramsey would only be a backup according to your logic.

Saw something about him before fantasy season. No one has ever come back from the injury he had and has been productive. I would take him, but only for very cheap and in a role playing role.

ESPN Titans reporter Paul Kuharsky "believe(s)" Tennessee is interested in free agent Rishard Matthews.

Albeit not quite a "report" from Kuharsky, it's the first indication of known NFL team interest in Matthews since the legal tampering period began. In a very weak free agent year for wide receivers, 26-year-old Matthews is a top-five talent.

I just hope a WR signing doesn't stop us from drafting one as well even if it's mid to late and that it also signals the end of Harry Douglas tenure here.
