They took Clowney 2 years ago. And it's been a horrible pick. He was injury pretty much his entire first year, and was a backup last year. People thought at the time it was an awful use of the #1, and it's holding true. No heart and no motor. Absolute opposite of Ramsey. You couldn't have picked a worse comparison. LMFAO.

 

He's a run stuffer but also does well in pass coverage. He's only 25. I really want him but I don't know how much I would be willing to pay. Hopefully Williamson can recruit him (teammates for 2 years at UK).

The Big Lead reports free agent QB Matt Hasselbeck will replace Mike Ditka on ESPN's Sunday Countdown.

If accurate, it means Hasselbeck has decided to hang up his cleats after the Colts informed him he was not in their plans. An official announcement should come in the next couple days. Hasselbeck played surprisingly well in eight starts last season, but his 40-year-old body was beaten to a pulp. Getting out is probably the correct decision. Matt's brother, Tim, also works for ESPN.

After the acquisitions of Murray & Jones, we were off to a very solid start in free agency. I'd realistically like to sign 2 more players of this crop
WR: Marvin Jones/Rishard Matthews
DB: FS Tishaun Gipson/CB Sean Smith/CB Casey Heyward
NT Damon Harrison

Ideally I'd choose Jones & Harrison, but they may be expensive. In reality, I'd be happy with any of those 2. Seen us linked to Danny Trevathan too who's a good player, but I rather upgrade the other positions instead.

 

Why are the replacing Ditka?

I totally forgot about Woodyard, yeah he is too. Wow that would be pretty funny if we signed him.
