These two look to be our best options at wr's. I cant decide so looked at stats. Didnt clear anything up for me.

PFF has a very long page on how we got taken on the trade with the eagles and how the Cowboys offensive line is what made D M. Basically we are overpaying for a running back that is just average and I see on NFL network how he needs to be in a pocket under center QB system and that is not what we are. Also seeing questions about Jones being a zone blocking o-lineman and we are more of a power scheme. 2 square pegs in round holes. but at least we got a back-up QB, that will improve our record. we were 6th in available cap space, what are we doing?

As long as Mariota plays a full season healthy we'll be fine

I like Matthews a lot, I'm just scared he's New England bound. Think he could really benefit in this offense.

Robinson is from the Patriots tree.....the Pats don't make splashes on the opening day of free agency....let the raiders/Jags/Giants/Texans shoot their loads day 1...the prices come down tremendously in the next few days....their are plenty of guys who upgrade our roster still available without having to pay crazy money.

We will sign a safety or another CB at some point during FA... I'd be happy with adding Weddle, sean smith, reggie nelson, Caesy Hayward, Rashaud Johnson, Patrick Robinson, and Amukamara... lots of guys who will go cheaper than day 1 signees

At NT will still have BJ Raji, Terrance Knighton, and Jarvis Jenkins who would all be upgrades to what we had last yr...if we want Al Woods or SLH back they can be had for pennies

I don't want to touch any of the WRs...way to expensive for a mediocre #2 WR...wait for a vet to sign for cheap

I would have loved to have landed Damon Harrison, but hard to compete with a team throwing crazy money at a 2 down player and when that team is in the same city that he currently lives...we woould have had to pay much more to get him to move from NYC

Mine wasn't really trying to be a doomsday post.

But the first day is usually when you gotta pounce and get any top-tier talent during FA.

The problem why this team has been so bad is cause this team goes bargain shopping and gets average talent.

Titans need play makers not people to to just fill a roster.

Is Mariota gonna play corner or free safety?

He could put up 30 points a game. Won't help if your team gives up 35.

Coby Fleener to the Saints.. Thank God, get him away from the AFC South. Go make them lucky ass 3rd down catches elsewhere.

We're not going to sign every player we like. There are 31 other teams out there looking at the same guys. Some teams are aggressive because they're a piece or two away from being true contenders, some have a ton of money to blow. After seeing the money thrown around on some of these guys, I rather steadily improve the roster instead of blowing our cash on 1-2 guys and hope something happens with our 5 other holes.

The first day of free agency can't launch a team from worst to first. I'm ready for the Titans to be good again but there are still plenty of guys out there. The problem with this team is we draft busts too many times. Free agency is tough when you pour so much assets and time into guys who won't be on the team in 1-2 years because they end up busting. J-Rob has to land the drafts before we start freaking out too much over signings.
