Titans hosting G Louis Vasquez

If he can play RT well then I'm all for it, still would like to bring another OG in if that's the plan

Sounds like the perfect guy to compete with a young player like Poutasi.

 

I really want Vasquez and with all due respect to him and Rashad Johnson, I wonder if we're done with the premium FA's.. we pursued guys like Matthews & Jones and signed them before setting up "visits" and stuff.. now we have visits set up for 2nd tier FA like Vasquez and Johnson, being planned days in advance..

Wonder if this means we're OUT on guys like Heyward and Freeman

 

Really want Vasquez and some improvement in our secondary. Wish we would've beefed up our NG position. Sounds like we're going to resign Woods...meh.

 

This could be a huge signing. Could also mean we can focus attention in the draft on defense.....yes including Ramsey at number 1. I am happy with the direction we are moving, addressing many offensive needs with veterans to help the young talent we have (DGB, Cobb, Andrews, Lewan, Warmack).

 

Okung would be great but all I've heard is that he's meeting with the Giants and lions haven't heard anything about meeting with us!

 

This signing along with jones would sure up our interior line. Then we can sign one of beachum, smith or okung. Oline would be "fixed" in fa.

 

I'm just not sure that would "fix" our issues. I am not sure Beachum is that much of an upgrade from Bell, and did we really upgrade that much at Center? I hope I'm wrong.

 

Jones is an excellent addition. Nasty mean streak, work ethic and attitude.
