Cool... Wentz went 62/67 or whatever it was on his Pro Day. And that means nothing.

Gonna be quite the jump in competition from playing bums like North Dakota, South Dakota State, Jacksonville State, Youngstown State, Missouri State, Weber state, etc. to the NFL. What abysmal competition this guy faced.

But you'll just hear the experts ignore these facts and say "well he has the size and arm strength." Lol alright. So did a ton of bums. Mayock said the exact same crap about Gabbert! Means nothing. Wentz could end up being good. Who knows. But everyone is acting like he's the best damn prospect in this history of mankind. No. He's not.

 

I agree. A QB needy team WILL trade for him or Mariota and we parlay that #1 into a solid foundation for years.

 

If SF was to trade for MM, Kaepernick would be involved.

Time for MM to shut them all up, with the additions of Murray, Jones, Matthews a solid draft and an improving DGB he should do that.

 

That would put us in a great position to trade Mett and get a 1st or 2nd back

 

Keep the Wentz hype train going. We're gonna be bathing in picks by the end of this.

This idea is preposterous on so many levels.

Fiancially, Mariota brings in more money and revenue than any other player in the league. Didn't we just sign a Hawaiian tv station or something?

Statistically, Mariota has more value than any QB in the draft (lack of experience) or any experienced QB (contract $).

If we trade Mariota I'll try squatting 1,000 lbs (worth the risk of dying). @JCBRAVE

 

I would really consider drafting wentz at #1 if im the titans. He is the top qb in the draft and theres a few qb needy teams picking top 10 this year. Drafting him would force a team to offer a trade (like eli manning did). Imo, the value of wentz is greater than the value of the #1 pick, only because teams can gamble and wait for him to fall before they move up to get him. Once we take him they have no choice but to trade with us (makes at least 1 more team, cle, a player) if they want him.

 

i would legit probably just stop cheering for this team. mariota is the first thing about this organization i've felt proud about in a long long time.

 

And if no one bites we're screwed.
