I am super impressed with J.R. thus far. I truly believe he can build a team that can be led to promise land.
This trade was not an absolute shocker, how ever the timing caught me a little off guard (I clicked undecided on the poll). That being said I am super excited with all of the options we now have, instead of being painted into a corner with the first pick. The next two drafts can both change and put and exclamation mark on our team. I will not question any picks or moves that J.R. makes until he proves otherwise. I am super excited for our team and extremely impressed with J.R.

We need to take into account the move to LA as well. Very well could be a distraction considering their meeting rooms and offices are in trailers.

I think having the two weeks to devise a plan for #15 or trading back up is important. Apparently this deal took a few weeks to get done. I'd like to have another couple of weeks to discuss with other teams the ability to move up if someone is there that we like. Definitely better to have a solid plan than one extra draft pick.
