    Yeah I understand what you're saying, just that I don't see many guys in the secondary making plays other than Norman, and he does it playing man.

    It's from Rappaport and its says "Teams that looked for a big-time CB in free agency and didn't come up with one: the Rams, Bears, 49ers and Titans, etc. All have cap space.

    I doubt JR even calls his agent. Sure we have the 4th most money still available.. but $16 mil/yr for a 28 yr old 1-yr wonder corner.... that's scary. Not exactly a 1 yr wonder, he was solid in 2014 but wasn't in the elite tier IMO.

    Wouldn't be mad at all if JR signed him, I just think it's obvious he wants to build through the draft.
