2nd Rd, who do you want?

Average? He allowed 19 CATCHES all season last year! Zero TD's. QB's had a 34% completion percentage when throwing to him. They only threw to him 55 times! He completely shut down his side of the field. He's cocky, but show me a good CB who's not. I want that on my team.

 

He's also the same height, has arms that are 1" longer, and ran the 40 0.03 second faster than VH3, but everyone in the media is killing VH3 for those supposed shortcomings.

He has an uphill climb to get into the first round.

 

Diche is a crazy prospect, with him it's really all about "what if"- his college tape doesn't show what NFL scouts hope for him to become as an every down 3 or 5 tech. He's better against the pass and gets WASHED on the run. But how? His frame is outstanding, leverage just sucks. Probably has to kick to 5 tech. Might only be a pass rusher at the next level.

How can you take that top 20 like people are reporting

That would be great news. The more early QBs the better! I'd love to see a third go before #15!

 

My thoughts too. Maybe these QB needy teams will be desperate enough to play themselves into trading up

 

a lot of the time people (like myself) still have a hard time letting go of the college hype rather than forgetting that and truly evaluating a guy based on what he is instead of what he is supposed to be or could be.

He was so hyped out of high school that it seems much of that still follows him in spite of his production or lack thereof

 

Conklin to Browns at 8?
Treadwell to Giants at 10 or possibly us as a trade partner....if so who do we take at 10? Or do we trade to 7 with SF? 7 too high for Conklin?

 

JR keeps talking about "team first" guys. Sounds like Alexander doesn't fit this at all.

 

Wouldn't be upset at all if the 2nd round looked like this:
