It still falls under civil law. I don't get your arguement. By your logic drinking and driving isn't illegal until you get caught and charged with DUI.

There are a lot more forces at play with the air pressure in tires than there are in a football, there's the way the tires are aligned, wear patterns and other things that I don't care to bore you with. I used to work at a car dealership on the service side and my dad is a master tech mechanic. I know how that works with cars and that does happen, however these things don't happen as quickly as you might think

But you are wrong. The whole thing is under Civil law. Even from the beginning, or he wouldn't be able to appeal it. Lol

Lol, whatever you want to think man. Every civil case starts outside of court. It doesn't mean that it didn't originally fall under civil law.

The court case does not consider whether there was evidence of cheating. It is only focused on whether Goodell followed proper procedure under the CBA. The dissenting judges concern is only that Goodell superseded the Wells report, not that the Wells report was wrong.

I don't think there is an appeal instance where Brady can have the actual tampering charges reviewed. In most sports outside of the US it could go to the CAS, but in the NFL, the NFL is the last appeal for anything that isn't procedural, afaik.
