A couple of hundred points is worth a 7th round pick? The top 7th round pick is worth less than 15.

I've read that section a few times to make sure I'm understanding what you're trying to say and that's all I can come up with.

You people and your fake charts. There are no charts and points to access needs and value of picks. Giving up made up points on a made up points system means absolutely nothing!

Robinson got the guy he wanted and still has more picks than he started with. Wtf is the problem with that?

Ruston Webster got the guy he wanted when he traded up for Justin Hunter. WTF was the problem with that?

When you invest multiple picks into a single player, in this case too many valuable picks, it hurts more if he doesn't work out.

We traded up for a guy who lacks foot speed and has marginal athleticism to play tackle. People keep telling me that RT is more important than it used to be because defenses are putting their great rushers on that side now. Well, we just moved up to draft an old school right tackle to play in the new school NFL.

Yep. Bottom line is, he was playing with house money. He most likely got his favorite player in the draft, and still got extra picks out of it.

Well, if he's a bad enough decision maker to do what you think he did... What makes you think he wouldn't blow those other picks, too. Just saying, gotta trust his judgement until he gives you a reason not to. There's no way this is a loss, versus him just taking Tunsil at #1. Which wouldn't have been scolded by the media. They got someone they liked better, and still got an extra 1st round pick +.

I Hate 1st round OL picks. But in this scenario, i dont love it, but I can stomach it.

Bottom line is that when you're playing with free money, it's ok for a slight overpay to seal up the person you really want.

And the pick holder always has the upper hand in these kinda deals, just like the Titans did a few weeks ago. Rams tied their fortunes to Goff, we just tied up some later picks that were honestly totally disposable.

So again, who would you have rather us taken at 15... We are investing in MM8 and keeping him on the field! Are we getting 2 more valuable players then Conklin in the late third round and who knows where in the second round next year?

He hasn't played a single snap so you have no idea what he will do.

Robinson could have picked someone you liked and you'd be sitting here pumped...but that doesn't help the Titans on game day.

Sit back and see how it works out. There's a reason they hire a GM and scouts and coaches instead of letting gotitans members vote for the picks based on watching s couple of college games last year.

More picks, especially grouped together like we have, give you the opportunity to fall into one ass backwards every now and then.

And we've still got a ton of those. There's no way we lost value overall, moving from the 1st pick to #8.

No point chart guy, but chart out how much value we gained overall in these trades. I'm sure we're in the plus, quite a bit. Especially under the assumption we likely would have taken gas mask guy #1 overall.

We got a tackle and additional picks, including a 1st.. And still could have drafted that same guy at 8, if they had the desire to.

My biggest concern is how they are going to stop Lewan and Warmack from sucking so much @$$.

The Titans got extra picks this year plus got the player they wanted all along this year plus basically traded next years second for a first. Sounds good to me!
