    1)Run the Football
    2)Protect the QB
    3) play good defense.

    Drafting Conklin and picking up Jones addresses #1 and #2. We already traded for Murray to address #1 as well. I would not be surprised to see our 3 of our next 4 picks go all to Defense.

    This is the correct way to build a team IMO, especially around a young QB. You take as much pressure off of him as possible, and let him grow.

    I really like how JRob is putting this team together. Seems like he actually has a vision.

    Keys to success: Pick good players. Have an identity and do it better than other teams. Don't get injuries.

    Theres a thousand ways to build a team imo.

    Theres some gems on defense we could add, but the offense could still use some more help. IDK what Murray and Andrews have left in the tank, both could be gone in a year or two, wouldn't mind sneaking Derrick Henry onto the team with one of those later 2nds..
