It's fine. I sort of let myself buy into the Robinson hype and then when he did some sort of dumb things, they hurt more because I expected him to do smart things.

The draft is fine. Maybe even good. Not great.

Just because he didn't draft players that we all thought he should, doesn't mean this wasn't a great draft. We won't know that for a couple of years. If we get three solid starters, and one star player out of this draft, then it was a success. Grading a team's draft before any of the rookies have played a down is just dumb.

Fair point, but we can grade his draft pick trades in the moment. I thought the move back up to 8 was dumb.

Being a very twitchy player is one of his biggest strengths if you watch, he'll be able to do work inside or outside, just depends on where they want to have him work on playing

It depends on how Conklin turns out. If he is our RT for the next ten years, and makes a couple of pro bowls, will you still think it was dumb to trade up?

He's a rotational guy not a full time starter. I don't doubt he can put on some weight though. He did most his damage standing up on the edge. Actually being twitchy seems to be his strength which is why I like him rotating in on pass downs.

Move Bass inside his rush is trash. This kid is already a better pass rusher than him.

If he doesn't and Taylor Decker does than yes it was dumb lol

Probably not. But there's more to it than that. What if Decker is just as good? Or almost as good?

As a policy I don't think I can ever get behind using three premium draft picks on a right tackle.

I won't compare the two. If we get ten years and a couple of pro bowls, then I believe it will have been a successful pick. The goal for the draft is to improve the team. If Conklin improves the Titans, the. It will have been worth the pick. The Titans still have the opportunity to draft two first rounders next season, and two third rounders. We will just have to wait and see if Robinson is a draft wizard, or not. He has definately made it entertaining to be a Titans fan.

That's an insane way to look at things. Trading multiple premium draft picks for a player is worth if as long as he makes a "couple of Pro Bowls"?

That completely ignores the concept of opportunity cost.
