Who starts? and Who eats the "over the line" carries? Bring in your predictions and cases.

I think DeMarco starts. But damn, I think the carries will be evenly split - Maybe with Derrick getting 4 or 5 more.... Simply for the fact you know Mularkey will want to wear the hell out of opposing front sevens.

I think Henry takes over in short order.

They traded basically nothing for Murray, who I think they brought in as sort of a "oh sh*t we absolutely can't give any more carries to Antonio Andrews" insurance policy.

I think Henry was a target all along and you don't spend a high 2nd-rounder on a RB if you don't plan to use him.

Murray is here one year to ease the transition a little and continue being an insurance policy. That might be it.

I think that would have been an influencing foot note in drafting Conklin over Decker if that was the plan from the combine..

Some of the pre-draft comparisons were Brandon Jacobs. I can see putting Henry in to punish tired defences and goal line packages.

murray is a proven workhorse in the league, RBs are never a sure thing as rookies, especially them bama backs. murray starts, if henry plays to his potential we will see more of a split. no way henry starts over murray to start the season.

I believe Murray, if healthy, will start all 16 games and get a 2:1 ratio of the carries. Henry will come in late in games and get a few touches

While I LOVE watching Earl Campbell highlights... Not a huge believer in the single "work-horse" RB approach personally. Excited about seeing the Titans backfield featuring 2 'downhill' RBs.

Maybe a strong running game finally opens up some deep throws for MM too? Nothing helps a QBs confidence like rolling out on PA and airmailing a 30/40 yard bomb on rope to a WR whose outrun their coverage.

I think Murray is still the workhorse with him getting 18 touches a game and Henry getting 8-10. Henry had a ton of carries this past year. Won't be a bad thing to give him a lighter load this yr while he learns the finer points of being a RB in the NFL. You don't pay a RB 8mil a yr and not make him your workhorse back.

Go with whoever is getting yards and TDs.
    I don't care who's getting paid what.
If somebody is not producing or blocking they need to be on the bench.
