Exactly, everyone has pissed and moaned for a while about our no name, mediocre backs. And now we gave what appears to be some quality backs and some still find something to cry about.

That's because Chip Kelly is a horrible coach and probably a horrible person.

I'm not disagreeing just pointing out he has no issue voicing his likes and dislikes.

This whole things has been blown out of proportion. Murray is fine with us drafting Henry even plans to mentor him. Cool. Stand up move on Murrays part from a guy not always known for being that way. At 28 maybes he's maturing and humbled by his Philly experience. End of story. I don't understand people thinking he has some alterior motive or has no other option than to act like it's all sunshine. History dictates he doesn't really give AF.

Haven't heard directly from Murray. Just what Mularkey told the media. Murray will most likely echo what Mularkey says when he speaks to the media down the road, but there is no way he would be excited about the pick. Think about it... He was bitching about not getting enough carries last season. Tennessee drafts another big back who may potentially take carries away from him, and he is excited about the pick? Has he suddenly decided that he doesn't need so many carries a game? Is everyone really that gullible?

He received 14 carries or less in 10 games and five of those games he received 8 or less carries. I'm pretty sure coming off a rushing title you would be upset too. He knows he's gonna touch the football 15+ times between carries and catches out the backfield. I think he's ok with that. There's a big difference between enough carries and giving the guy 2-5 carries.

They're not going to give Henry a bunch of carriers before midseason at the earliest. No reason to rush him if Murray is playing well, which I anticipate he will. Henry will slowly get snaps and I'm sure the rest will be appreciated by Murray as the season goes on which will only extend his career.

Probably better for the titans to go this route as well. Let Henry get his feet wet and ready to take on a bigger role the following season.

Henry is going to annihilate some poor kid in preseason and get everyone excited. Mid season is too far out, he'll be contributing much sooner IMO

He couldn't "annihilate" college DBs... and you think he's suddenly going to do it in the NFL?
