Way to early to judge, I'd rather have a solid route runner with good hands than a guy with great speed and no hands. This is like Boldin vs Hunter. We were all in love with Hunters speed and thought he had the ability to separate but what a let down.

Who said anything about speed? Separation comes from running great routes. He still didn't get separation on college DBs with average technique. Just sayin

A fella by the name of Steve Largent had a great career mostly because of precise routes and great hands.

Actually think Sharpes Route running is much better than what you'd expect at that point in the draft. Uses good head fakes, doesn't round corners. Attacks the ball.

Still have to see him against top competition

Those are just for rookie camp. Henry can't actually wear 2 and Byard is wearing a current players number (lol Sankey). They're just wearing the numbers they did in college I think.

Watch those videos posted earlier, as well as his highlights. You'll notice that everytime he's played in man coverage the DB is all over him. He doesn't separate. He doesn't accelerate out of his breaks to give additional "air". Smooth, not explosive.

    In zone he does fine.

I don't know that he is that great a route runner when you consider he does not run that many routes. A lot screens, hook and fade routes from what I saw. Typical spread guy. And he is awful skinny. NFL CBs should have an easy time jamming him at the line.

Though there is still a lot to like. He produced despite consistently going against teams stronger than his own. Even more impressive when you consider he was by far the best player on the team and would have gotten a ton of attention. And he should mesh well with an accurate QB who can fire the quick pass, like Mariota.

Overall a solid choice for a third day pick.

My favorite player on the Titans besides Mariota. This guy better make the team I love talking him up. TAJAE SHARPE remember the name boys. You heard it here first, this guy is going to be a superstar. The next Jerry Rice. GOAT! Robinson nailed this pick, terrible draft UP UNTIL THIS POINT. Sharpe was number 2 on my big board behind only Deforest Buckner. We got a steal. Sharpe will be the first dude who's going to need to be quadruple covered at all times. Should open up the field for the rest of our squad. Whole team terrible, shining star- Tajae Sharpe.
He'll be the diamond in the rough.
