    I agree with what they were saying on The Zone. Mett's agent probably pushed for the release. He was going to have to compete just to be the #2 next season. Trader Jon probably tried to get something for him but got no takers.

    Let's face it. Cassel is a very crappy vet. I'm not saying I'm against having him on the roster but how much are we paying him compared to Mett? Mett sucked last year but he still has more upside than Cassel. How much does Tanney make?

    SMH at first but agree Mett/agent want out. All part of of JR wanting tough minded team first guys. Mett def has upside but let's face it- He enjoys being a clown and isn't tough minded at all.
