Mett could have stuck, but management probably just didn't see a point. It wasn't going to happen here for him, so let's just part ways now. This may actually be seen as a favor to him. Hes better off elsewhere.

 

I don't know he is anymore than you know he isn't. But he could be here just this year and someone new next year. Who knows. But yoU are talking about 2 different things. Be a contender and winning a super bowl. The Titans will be a contender for the division maybe this season and no later than next. That isn't multiple years away Mularkey or not.

The sooner he gets back with Whizzengruber the sooner he'll be eating turf... in 10 starts / losses (plus various snaps due to injuries) he was sacked 30 times. Beware if you're the Whizzenator's QB- you may need extra pads. Both he and CBJ are available now- it will be telling if neither get the call. I hate to say it, but it seems Matt Leinart was on the money with his criticism of KW.
