Dude, come on, Luck is easily at least 3rd on that list right now, with Winston and Bortles, Mariota maybe challenging him going forward. Bridgewater? Taylor? COusins? Foles? Foles can't even win a starting job anywhere, how is he better than Luck?

I get the rivalry aspect and stuff, but people are way underselling Luck on this board. The Colts arent an overly talented team. The primary reason they have been in the playoffs 3 of the last 4 years, is because of Luck, not despite of him. He hasnt played with a single 1000 rusher, his WRs are good, but really more homerun hitter types, not consistent move the chains guys, his o-line has been terrible, and they always have an avg d at best. Considering he is just now really entering his prime, dude is going to be good going forward.

And the whole "biggest contract ever" thing is way over rated. It is always going to be a QB, and it is always going to be a young QB with years ahead of him. Next year, their very might very well be another "biggest contract ever".

God, I just love talking football with people that buy into hype and hype alone.

    It's the best.

When you're saying Nick Foles and Teddy Bridgewater are as good as Andrew Luck how do you expect to be taken seriously?

Teddy's never thrown more than 14TDs or eclipsed 3,300 yards in a season and Foles isn't even a starter. In fact he's not even 2nd on that depth chart currently.

I put them as good, because... they're as good. Sorry.

And please. Save your "LUCK THROW THE BALL A LOTS!!!" stats... That doesn't make him good. Anyone can get X amount of TDs and X amount of yards if they throw the ball 40 times a game.

    NFL Stats: by Player Category

Andrew Luck... 32 in the league...

In their 4th years, Tannehill, Kirk Cousins, Nick Foles, Russell Wilson, and even Brock Osweiller all had higher QB ratings and were better than Luck when it comes to efficiency.

But hey. ESPN said the guy is really good for a while. I don't expect you to forget that, regardless of how horrible he shows you he is.

I mean. He threw the ball a lot that one season! YEAH! SO MANY YARDS! YAY!!

Just to show how little you look into something rather than biting on ESPN fed fantasy...

    Completion %: 56 vs 55
    Yards: 2052 vs 1881
    TD passes: 7 vs 15
    Interceptions: 10 vs 12
    Passer rating: 69 vs 74

    That's Foles vs Luck.

The only area Luck is vastly better is TD passes. And that's hardly a QB trait stat that = ability more than it does his target's.

So... like I said. AS good. Yep.

Are you referring to the yardage category? If so..... you realize he only played 7 games last year right?

I literally never watch ESPN outside of MNF so once again talking out of your ass.
