Was going to say this was the most embarassing in recent memory.....

But then he reminds me of this one....

I still say that kick off is the worst though. The very first play of the season, and the laughing point for all of week 1 and beyond.

One play, hindsight. You're over reacting on this.

    wow! FU BWW RITP!

"I just saw the toss and I saw the quarterback rolling out and no one was on him," Wreh-Wilson said. "I just went to go make a play on the ball when I should have taken probably a smarter angle and then just made the play on him. I had the play stopped, diagnosed. I just had to make a play and I didn’t make it.

"At the end of the day, I have to find a way just to eliminate the touchdown. Deciding between making a play on the ball or the man, that’s where things got a little tricky for me. I was trying to pick a place to hit him where it would basically eliminate a penalty. When the ball was up in the air, I should have just hit him and that should have been the end of it. Hit him and eliminate the possibility of a run after a catch." - BWW

My hate for the pick is not based on one play. My hate for the pick is based off of taking a FB in the fourth round when we had several other more important holes on the roster.

Mike Tolbert played the most snaps for a FB in 2015 at a whopping 38%. He plays in an offense that is tailor-made for his skill set.

    Waste of a pick.

Also going from the names on that table, two 4th round picks, three 5th round picks, three 6th round picks, two 7th round picks, and 17 undrafted players.

Fowler was the highest drafted one by 22 picks. Bad pick.

Hell, the Giants turned an undrafted former defensive tackle from Wake Forest into a starting FB! He played 3% fewer offensive plays than Folwer last year. He even played a little bit of defense and had a sack.

Fowler would be great as a 4th if he was the next Alstott or Neal.

He could be a pretty good FB, not going to hate on the guy just yet.

PFF graded Fowler as the 2nd best overall FB in the league last year. As a rookie.

2nd in Run Blocking, 1st in Running.

Im sorry, but Ill take the 2nd best of any position with a 4th rounder. It was a good use of essentially a crapshoot pick IMO.

    eeeehhh

just picked to soon. I tend to agree with the people who say with so many glaring holes grabbing a FB is a luxury pick.
