Something similiar for adults was recently pitched on Shark Tank - Mark Cuban ripped the dude a new one

If you guys want a black hat method of making money - here it is:

Step 1) Find news videos that are released under creative commons licenses
Step 2) Use Windows movie maker, or equiv, to make a compilation video
Step 3) Submit to all social sites
Step 4) Turn on Adsense for Youtube
Step 5) Rinse, repeat and profit.
Step 6) Optional - Put a "Skip Ad" button on your video that re-directs to a popup website. When people click it, you get paid.

You won't make a killing, but it will make you some extra beer money for the weekends.
