I'm not sure why everyone on here is so high on Wallace.

What am I missing out on?

Not that I'm super high on Wallace as much as it is Bass is a career backup.

Wallace had 7 sacks last season and played a versatile role for UCLA.

I just rather gamble on him than a career backup.

Your really over exaggerating this stress Fracture issue. He's been durable in college so what if he got hurt right now is it inconvenient yes but let's not act like if he is injury prone from here on out we can trace it back to his stress fracture. Adrian Peterson sustained an injury every year in college and plays the most physically demanding position in football and has been durable in the NFL for the most part. Frank Gore is in the same category. You trying to predict the guys future durability off this injury is asinine.

    Not entirely true.

He received a medical RS in 2013 because of injury.

missing very important learning/conditioning/technique time as a rookie right now. I wouldn't expect anything from Dodd until weeks 14-18. For those of us that didn't like the pick, just only adds fuel to our fire.

I don't see how people can "Hate" the pick. Dude was a first round projection that they got in the 2nd. The only guys better than him were big injury risks for a franchise that needs to get better. Not liking it is one thing, but give him a shot.

Stress fractures are an issue because they can potentially be reoccurring. If it's a problem with his form, that isn't corrected, it could linger for the rest of his life/career.

Everyone has their own opinion. Your opinion is that he was a value pick, mine was he was a bad fit for what we wanted at OLB from a notoriously terrible program putting guys in the NFL.

And now he's hurt with a stress fracture, meaning his body couldn't handle the poundings of OTAs? That's weak sauce

No one breaks down at OTAs without just plain bad luck. There is no pounding at all at OTAs to get busted up from.
