Cornerbacks: Where do we go from here?

Maybe just more valuable than a loser backup tackle

 

I say we cut anyone over 28 and start digging in the trash can.

 

At this point I'd just let Byard and/or Reed start. Can't do worse than Blake. That dude needs to be gone last week.

 

I'm cool with keeping McCain, but Blake has to go. He was burned consistently last year and has shown through 3 preseason games he hasn't improved at all. Sure, cutting Blake won't make those behind him any better... but hopefully those rookies can atleast improve, something I think Blake can't do.

This has literally been the worse I've ever seen the secondary.

Even our #1 CB is terrible and injury prone. Makes me sick that we gave him the new contract..

Our CBs are lacking but when you only win 3 games last year you can't fix everything in one offseason. Hopefully our pass rush will be disruptive so we can mask our biggest weakness a little bit.

 

The corners are no good and Tennessee should consider attacking the waiver wire for any possible talent that could fight in this lineup. More importantly WHERE IS THE PASS RUSH!!!!!! If they can attack the QB, then the CB's shouldn't (I very much stress SHOULDN'T) look so bad. @The Playmaker nailed it, this team was bad the last couple years, not everything can be fixed in one offseason.
