Dude you guys went from a contender to flop in the matter of less than 2 years.....Such a poorly run organization. Top 2 qb injured first game and likely that you gave up the farm to get that won't pan out. I don't blame them for trying considering you have Bradford and Daniel, but they handled the QB salary and situation badly. it's one thing to come on here talking smack, and yes, we were 3-13 thanks to a lousy GM for years.....but don't expect to and punk out when we come back at you in response to your arrogance. The Eagles have been and are not anything special. If anything, more criticism should be thrown to your organization that the Titans.

Oh, we agree I poorly handled QB setup this year as far salary...but we spent, locking up a lot of young guys....and are fine cap wise. We only lose one pick next year, and the year after. It wasn't the huge haul other teams have given up. . Like the Rams did....I do agree with your trade, but I don't with then using a top ten on Conklin. There was better talent there. Picks are a risk

Titans can't talk down to anyone, in reality.

    Fixed.

Also, you clearly don't understand what the word "purgatory" is.

The best QB in your franchises history played at what level again?

Purgatory is above 3-13...you have to get there...somehow you think it's better to be worse....

Well, if you want to talk Titans, no problem. We don't need every thread becoming how the Titans compare to the Eagles. I realize that some of our members are feeding it, but how about not instigating?

There are plenty of great forums to discuss Philadelphia. This is a great forum to not discuss Philadelphia.

yeah well neither can the birds...until we see what Doug Pederson and company bring....Just like you have to see what we can do. Who knows as of right now. Both have new coaching,, players, schemes, FO people etc...Conklin was a great pick, and at one point, was the Eagles target. He is playing better than Tunsil, and Stanley if you have been paying attention to preseason. We basically traded back 7 spots, and only had to trade a 2nd to get our guy....While still keeping a first...and an extra 3rd. It was genius and he is better on and off the field than Tunsil and co. and it shows. We were taking a tackle, and I am sure as hell glad we didn't at #1. As for your trading away of picks, time will tell....Maybe he ends up a gem and maybe he doesn't. It was a gamble, and I get why they did it.....but only time will tell for both teams. As it stands, Mariota is worlds above him, both coming out of college and in the NFL. The question is, which one develops better over time.

Oh, so you think Wentz is going to be Steve McNair. Gotcha. Yeah, good luck with that. 'Sall good though. We all know what QB you Iggles really wanted (hint: he starts for us).

And (at this point in time) I'm glad we had two awful seasons. We found what looks like a solid QB to build around and have started constructing a decent team. We were not doing that when we were having 6-8 win seasons constantly (of course, having a terrible GM didn't help either).
