Walker is a very good blocker.

Id say he was good. I mean he looked like one of the only people that could catch today.

Should have gone to him more often. I saw him open a lot and instead Marcus would just check down to RB on cheap short routes that just wasted downs.

He and Demarco Murray were the only receivers getting open all day...

Lets talk about Amaro, is this kid gonna save us the trouble of having to draft another TE to eventually replace Walker?

He's an ideal 6'5 265lbs and only 24 years old. That ONE game (week-3) he had to fill in for Walker he was impressive. I mean is he really no better than Supernaw not to even be playing most weeks?

Anybody got anything on why Amaro hasnt blown up for us? Kid was a stud in college..

Heres his combine from just 3 years ago.. http://www.nfl.com/combine/profiles/jace-amaro?id=2543481

There's rumours that Amaro isn't a willing blocker, something that Supernaw and Fasano are happy to do. I like him, but in all of our jumbo sets and loaded lines for the run game, our TEs have to be willing to get physical on every down. He has good hands and runs very good routes, almost always open.

He is a restricted free agent who we can keep if we choose to. Considering his multiple weeks of inactivity, I'm not overly optimistic.

Yeah I feel like Amaro just doesn't fit what Mularkey wants to do. Play physical, hard nosed football.

He's another offensive threat tho. It's gonna be cheap to keep him. And we should IMO.
