If things continue we won't have to worry about Mariota in 2 years, he'll sign elsewhere.

Not that its any consolation, but he's only averaging 1 per game in his brief career. And 2 per game this year.

What is it that you do that "allows" you to say general statements, but not post specifics on a forum site?

But what if the if the coach wants the guy with the super quick release who is perfect in the short pattern passing game? The guy who is heady and is loaded with intangibles that most coaches dream their qb's had. That when all things are even is a great game manager. Has super lightening quick wheels who can also throw the ball. Who is quick to pick up an offensive play book and do what's asked of him without question. That's is team and family first and self second?

If I know Marcus correctly he prob sees or feels lots of things wrong at the moment with the current situation with this coaching staff. Things that don't equal to a winning formula. He's highly instinctive and intelligent. And the one poster is right, if this team doesn't address it, you don't have to worry about him re signing. He will be gone on his own accord.

Watched the Mularkey show, and the write in questions were about the same as we ask, and he was like Fisher...just "coachspeak" replies that were general. Some guy asked why we don't start faster and only have scored 3 points by half in the last two games and he said we are trying to finish drives, but penalties have hurt us. Oh yeah.....

Then someone asked if MM was being used properly, and he said oh sure. He said MM knows defenses better this year and play sets. Much improved. OK.....

Too much criticism and hate for Mariota. It's probably driving him nuts to be in this offense with the baboons we have running things. We need a HC and OC that can use his talent not waste it.

McDaniels would be a dream. ****, he found a way to win with Tebow. I'm still rooting for a win each week, but sucking enough to fire Mularkey would be nice. Especially when you think about a competent coach + 2 1st rounders
