True...just don't like the matchups....if I were an OC against us...I would never run the ball.

The Bucs are hot right now - only gave up 3 points to Seattle. KC just blew up Oakland. They are a good team, but yeah, losing their LB has to help some. If we can somehow slow down Kelce and Hill we have a small chance.

We never look in the backfield anyway, just run down the field in coverage and tackle the guy when he makes the catch.

It should be easy to keep the ball away from Hill on STs....on punts you just kick it out of bounds 35yds down field and be happy with it. I truly believe that for whatever reason some returners just get in the zone and when they are in the zone you don't dare mess with them...I can think of Dante Hall, Hester, PacMan when they were feeling it they were truly game changers...Hill is in that zone now and shouldn't be messed with....on KOs out of the end zone every time and on punts out of bounds.

Why does it feel like KC always has some beast returner?

Thinking it's 2 things... they have a good ST coach, so they know what to look for to fill the returner position.

I feel really sorry for Derrick Johnson. I watched the game and the replay and you could tell when he went down and threw his helmet off that it was his achilles and the season was over for him. Like him, I've done the same thing, rupturing both achilles (at different times) playing sports. When it happens the second time, you know it immediately and are cursing in your mind all the way to the ground. It's not that painful compared to other injuries (not painful much at all really) but it is very painful when they stitch it back together.

It's amazing he was able to come back and play at his level having done it once but you aren't the same after one rupture and certainly not after two. He might come back after all, but I fear he's really done for his career.

I really wanted the Titans to draft Derrick Johnson in 2005. I felt he was the best player in the draft. I remember arguing with tons of people that we could play him at SS and still have Bulluck be one of our OLBers....I would have loved to have seen both of them on the field together....oh well we got PacMan who did give us plenty of excitement both on and off the field.

I could see us getting some coverage on Kelce ... Hill scares me to death, though.
