I like his value as a pass catcher too

Wanted to go a little crazy with moves in this one. Didn't resign, restructure or cut any current players. The cuts and restructures could be used later if needed to pick up undrafted or unsigned players for camp. After all this we still have 23m in space. We could cut mccourty and go to 30m in cap, then put 3m into each of the 8 fas to front load thier contracts and we'd still have 6m to sign camp bodies (plenty. I think it'd help us a ton to spend all of this money this season, so we can save in the future and still be big players in fa.

I need to get mine in before FA starts...

    Titans free agents to be
Re-sign: Fasano, Klug (if healthy), Spence, Stafford
Let walk: Andrews, Bass, Bell, Blake, R.Johnson, Mariani, Palmer, Schwenke, Supernaw, Warmack, Wright
I would not overpay for any of the above guys or get into a bidding war for any of them. For example, if the NYG or NYJ want Fasano bad enough, they can have him. I would not be upset if JRob wanted to tender Bell, Rashad Johnson or Schwenke for another year but I would let them walk.

Free Agency - make offers to these guys, hopefully JRob can sign a couple of them
    CB: Bouye/Ryan/Claiborne/Kirkpatrick
    ILB: Hightower/Minter
    FS: Duron Harmon/Hyde
    SS: Jefferson/Church
    NT: Poe/Brandon Williams/Hankins
    TE: Bennett/Doyle
    WR: Jeffery/Pryor
    WR/PR/KR: DeSean Jackson/Patterson
    G: Zeitler/Lang/Warford/Leary or C/G Wisnewski

Cut: Douglas, McCain, McCourty, Searcy, Woods, Woodyard
cap savings $24.6M ($26.5 if post-June 1 for Searcy, Woods)

    Draft:
    #5 Lattimore
#18 BPA at position of need unfilled in FA: ILB Cunningham, TE Howard, WR Ross, etc.

    Other:
While we have the extra cap space, now is the time to use it on some of our own players. We are obviously going to pick up the option on Lewan before the May 3 deadline (just like the Saints have to make a decision whether to pick up the option on Cooks) so while we are at it, we should go ahead and re-sign him to a long term deal. His option will cost in the neighborhood of $10M for 2018 but JRob can save some of that by extending Lewan now and front-loading a new contract.
