Yeah man, quality over quantity. We have enough roll players and serviceable players. Get us a couple stars.

We've seen people discuss trading 5 to the Browns for 12 and 33, which I doubt they accept.
What about 5 and 100 to the Saints for 11 and 32? They need pass rush bad and would love to land Thomas or Allen.

I think it might take 83 instead of 100 to get that deal done, but I'd be thrilled with having 11, 18, and 32 in this draft....3 guys under cheap contract for 5 years

I'm hoping no QBs are taken ahead of us. Since the QB class is weak, someone will "emerge" and other teams will be more eager to beat the jets to him then to settle for 2nd or 3rd best of an already weak class.

Love it, but think the Saints are thinking more is better too.

Dude with Romo retiring this is smart. Great post and an even more possible scenario now.

Yeah they'd have to go over the trade chart to get me to move 20 spots down. That top 10 pick is still extremely valuable in getting a true blue chip prospect.

Blue chip is nice but I'd rather have 2 firsts this year and 2 firsts next year. Not really seeing a top heavy talent draft this year, just my opinion.

So you rather a couple of average to above average players than have one blue chip player?

1st round players not top 10 picks are WAY above average, although not necessarily blue chip, still potential blue chip players.

    OBJ at 12 BLUE CHIP
Dez Bryant at 24 BLUE CHIP
Chris Johnson at 24 BLUE CHIP
Demariyus Thomas at 22 BLUE CHIP
Vince Wilfork at 21 BLUE CHIP
Marshawn Lynch at 12 BLUE CHIP
Troy Polamalu at 16 BLUE CHIP
Aaron Rodgers at 24 BLUE CHIP
