Gareon Conley accused of rape

Unfortunate timing for Conley but with the draft coming up, the biggest day of his career why is he putting himself in these situations?
At some point they need to learn from past incidents, the bull*****t stories, golddiggers etc.
Don't put yourself in a potentially bad situation close to draft time!

 

I think it was pretty well accepted that Collins was completely innocent in his situation prior to the draft, or at least by the 2nd day, but he still went completely undrafted.

The problem is proving that he's innocent before Thursday. The legal system generally doesn't move that fast.

 

BUT... collins said specifically that if he didnt go in the first that he didnt want a team to draft him and he wouldnt sign the contract.

 

Just wow

 

Terrible situation either way. If it comes out he did nothing, the woman should be charged with something. It is garbage that things like this can happen without any repercussion. That said, if he did it, that is also horrible and I hope no team touches him.

Thats not far from his neck of the woods though iirc, he's from NE Ohio I believe. LOL
