Coulda had Jaylon Smith (who went a pick after Dodd), although not positive on Smith's rehab progression.

Still have faith in Dodd, but damn this kid can't get healthy. I'd except us to draft a LB or two this week.

This is why I really wanted us to grab Barwin when the Iggles released him. He would have been a nice fallback option for Dodd.

you weren't the only one who was upset about that pick. We just can't seem to get the 2nd round pick right anymore. Maybe we should trade away our 2nd every year.

Where is the proof that his foot condition is chronic and permanent? Surely that wouldn't have slipped through the cracks prior to the draft.

It is a concern. He could still function as depth.

Stress fractures are a result of chronic load grater than the foot can bear. It's a structural thing.

And it did slip through the cracks. My guess that we don't here more about it is that JRob's scouts (and methods) weren't in place last year. I suspect whoever was under JRob that reported the pick was solid is no longer relied upon.
