I thought we might toss all the draft grade articles in one place along with allow the fans to vote.

If you see a draft grade article, put a link in here.

We shouldn't have to draft anymore Offensive players for a couple of drafts as we pretty much covered every need on that side of the ball. They get a B+ simply because I'd liked 1 more really good Defensive player after Adoree.

    I went with A+.

Even though I was pretty adamant about taking OJ Howard on here, I'm still glad we got the best WR prospect for Mariota to throw to. That by itself is a major win.

I loved Adoree Jackson, I think he'll be a stud. Love his game. Love his attitude. Probably my favorite pick.

Picking up a couple more weapons in the 3rd round was a good move. We needed a slot WR to replace Wright and like I mentioned above, I was a big believer in adding another TE to the mix.

The rest of the draft, not going to act like I know much about them. Seems like there are a couple contributors in there. People are going to complain about lack of CBs, outside of Jackson, but there's no guarantee any of them could provide day 1 help at that point. Ryan/Jackson/Sims is a good trio. We still have cuts to happen as well so we can add more depth.

Mariota must be very happy right now. It's nice to actually see this team be active and trying to truly build around Mariota. I thought they may have been content with 1 WR and that would be it. Glad we're bring speed to this team, something we desperately needed.

All in all, really no complaints. Loved some of the players we took. Filled our needs.

We got Corey Davis and a CB in the 1st Round. We got a slot WR, a TE, 2 LBs, 2 Olinemen, and a change of pace running back.

    That's 9 Players out of a 7 Round Draft.

    I gave it a B.

Loved the Corey Davis pick. Needed to give Marcus someone to throw the ball to.

Didn't like Adoree Jackson. I don't see him locking anyone down. Can be solid in the slot, but that's not what we needed. We needed someone to compete as a lockdown outside corner. Would've preferred about 5 corners drafted after him.

I like the Taywon Taylor pick, but not sure we needed another wr that high. Sharpe could've locked up the #3 spot.

Jonnu Smith was alright. I preferred other tight ends including Butt, Leggett, and Kittle. Jonnu seems to have the same skill set as Delanie though which would be nice if he can develop.

Late round is late round. I liked some of the picks, others were meh. None will have much of an effect. Would've like Channing Stribling in the 7th.

Initially I wasn't impressed at all with Corey Davis at #5.. Then I saw that Mike Williams and John Ross all went within minutes of Davis getting drafted. So the value of Davis at #5 became acceptable.

The value of the Davis pick skyrocket when we selected Jackson at #18. To get 2 studs in the first round is, regardless of where they were picked is enough for me to co sign with.

I really wanted Jamal Adams at #5, but it is what it is.

I also liked the Jonnu Smith pick. I think eventually he's going to be someone we can rely on. His separation after the catch is amazing. Great size with that separation is enough to help out Mariota.

I'll have to look more into Taywan Taylor's highlights to understand this pick. I get we needed another weapon for Mariota, but regardless of how many catches and yards he had, I can't say I was really impressed with what I saw. Don't dislike this pick at all, just saying I wasn't really impressed, nor was I blinded by his stats or Youtube video.

For now, I'll give this draft an B, because I thought going into this draft we were going to address heavily on defense, which wasn't the outcome.

My hope was that they would be able to get Adams/Lattimore/Hooker and Davis/Williams in round one. I freely admit that this was based on mock drafts and various draft preview articles. Clearly, the WR trio was valued highly by multiple clubs and getting Davis was a solid pick. As to getting a defensive back, they did get one with Jackson. I really have no basis to dispute their judgement on that selection.

It would have been great had they been able to trade down one of the first round picks and still been able to draft the same players while adding another second day pick. I am confident that they talked trade with multiple teams but in the end, several other teams traded down and the Titans were unable to strike a deal. Later in the draft, they did make several (four I think) deals, trading up and down and ended up taking five more players on day 3.

The value of the draft will be seen in the coming months and years. I hope several of the drafted players can help this season.
