I proved my point...we pass MORE THAN 50% of the time. NEXT

But we're still in the bottom 20% for pass attempts so ur still just grasping at straws.

I GRASPED the fact....over 50% of plays are passes. Of course, most every team will tell you they want to have a 50/50 split running to passing.

Oh 50/50 split is ideal? And we already passed more than 50% of the time? Then if that's the case we definitely don't need more pass catcher's. We have to get run game more involved.

Ur obsession with this insignificant >50% passing Stat is hilarious

Just stating FACTS....deal with them how you wish. P.S. NEED MORE AND BETTER TARGETS TO MAXIMIZE THE SUCCESS OF EACH AND EVERY PASS.

I think it’s fair to expect that this was a run focused team last year because of what was invested in the OL, it helps young QB’s and we had the #3 rusher in the NFL, along with a solid backup. Plus, our WR core was pretty poverty last season. With what JR just invested in WR’s and TE, and the progression of Mariota along with the gelling of the OL, I fully expect to see the offense get opened up from a passing stand point. I don’t feel like this expectation is out of line.

People are getting more caught up in Adoree's height than they should be. Does height matter? Yes, to a certain degree. He's 5'10", so was Finnegan and he was a pro bowler in 2009. Now he had his issues but he was also drafted in the 7th round and played at SAMFORD against (at the time) the Ohio Valley Conference. Adoree' is coming off playing against Pac-12 competition for 3 years and won the Thorpe award this last year.

I don't mean to fully compare Jackson to Finnegan as I definitely wish and see Jackson being better, but Finnegan was a good corner for a few years despite his size. I expect Jackson, in time, to be a great corner. He may not be able to handle every big receiver that comes his way but in a division where we play TY Hilton and Will Fuller twice a year, we'll have a good corner who can keep up with them.

I don't think Jackson is going to be the best corner but I do believe he'll be a good one. Our secondary is improved over last year which is what I'm happy about.
