Remember that time Nick Foles threw 27 TDs and 2 INTs? He's thrown 23 TDs and 20 INTs since then. Lol

I've got news for you. He's already well liked and a leader on this team. It's pretty tough not to follow someone who is humble and appreciative as he is. He appreciates everyone and knows that he is only as good as they allow him to be. He leads silently and by example.

As for putting work in. He's already on the football field in OTA's coming off his injury. He didn't get there by sitting on his butt.

    Buy in already!

Dak had the bennifit of there not being tape on him before 2016, let's see him come back after teams have a book writen on him

Mariota has proven he can play vs anyone, should probably be ranked higher but just making the list is good enough for now

Dak did well statistically. But he also came into a really good situation with a solid team. Honestly, from what I watched of him, he's good but I didn't get the sense that he would be the next big thing. I think he will come back to earth once teams figure him out and he has a lot more on his plate.

It's cool that Mariota made the list but doesn't really mean much.

It won't be long before the older QBs are all gone and the "new wave" of QBs are at the top of the lists. Mariota certainly looks the part. Hopefully he keeps progressing and his name will be mentioned amongst the best in the league for years to come.

I definitely think he's only going to improve, we should be able to look forward to Mariota taking us places.

As for Dak, he's a solid QB, he should also only improve in the future. But I don't think he's Mariota quite yet..

I watched about 6 Dallas games last season, that O line was incredible and he got an averaged about 5 to 6 seconds to scan the field and throw. Imagine MM8 in his rookie season if he had that line and a good run game and good WRs that would or could catch. To me, Dak is not a guy I walk away from after I watch him play and say, "wow." I'm more impressed with MM8, Carr, Wentz, Winston as far as younger next gen guys.

Wentz was not impressive considering how he attacked down field. They built a really easy smoke/yac offense for him. He was often barely dealing to ball to the LOS (or behind).

Even Carr is a check down guy who doesn't like to take risks down the field on 3rd down. Similar to his college game. (I do like him more tho)

Dak iirc had one of the better Yards in Air stats.

Mariota is definitely on the rise. I just hope that this injury doesn't stunt his growth or hold him back. If he's truly 100% he should take a big step forward this year and take the team with him!

Not completely sold on Dak, kind of reminds me a little bit of Kapernicks first season or two. He took the 49rs to a SB but it didn't take long for the NFL to figure him out for the scrub that he really is. not saying Dak will end up being a scrub, just not convinced that he's the real deal.
