Taywan - Above avg 3rd rounder
    Jonnu Smith - Solid Piece
Jayon Brown - Above avg 5th rounder (looks very promising)
Cory Levin - Rotational OL (above avg 6th rounder)
    7th rounders are always eh

    Free Agency
    + Russ Grim
    + DeMarco Murray Trade
    + Ben Jones
    + Rishard Matthews
    + Curtis Riley

    - Mike Mularkey
    - Cyp
    - Matt Cassell

    1st year went 9-7

What is there to complain about? The man isn't shooting bullseyes with the darts but he's been very solid with his drafting so far. Keep in mind the Mike Mularkey hire is more from AAS, and I think if he could choose his own coach the roster would really flourish more. He's not perfect, but he's done nothing to warrant the label "overrated"

He has brought in a lot of talent since he has been here. I don't have the numbers, but he has essentially replaced all but like.....3 positions on this team.

That is a hell of a turn over. And yea, he has missed some guys, but I think it is a bit unfair to criticize him just based on what he has done in the few years he has been here.

2015 has 11 players, not including special teams, that are still with the team. That is a hell of a lot of turn over.

The only thing I fault him for, and they are big faults. Is rolling with Cassell as backup, and not doing enough for the defense this off season.

I don't get the Byard 'stud' talk.

What has he done, outside of start?

I agree. I wouldnt say overrated. But I wouldnt say a savior either. I will give him the benefit of the doubt since he doesnt have full authority yet. I think we need another 2-3 years to evaulate his skills. Too bad Amy probanly wont ever give him the power to hire his own coaches.

this was an atrocious off season for him. If we had gone out and spent money on some top defenders, we could have been contenders. Instead he went the cheap route and over paid for avg players. The biggest mistake was not improving back up qb as well

I would say at this point we don't really know who JRob is as GM. He made some good moves his 1st year; & he made some bad moves this year IMO.

Cyprien we really don't know about. His first game was really not good & he has not played since.

Williams has been a huge waste of cap space & a roster spot.

Ryan has not lived up to the money he got IMO. He has not been horrible; but he has not been good yet either.

Weems is another waste of Cap & roster spot.

Bates has not been anything special on ST.

The draft picks have been ok, but none have been great. Jayon Brown has been the best of the lot so far IMO. You would hope for more when you have two 1st round picks; however, one has not played hardly at all.

We still need to see how he handles this off season IMO. There are going to be some tough decisions that need to be made. If he does more this off season to address the defense I will be more accepting. I want to see the Pass Rush & Interior DLine addressed aggressively. It sure wouldn't hurt to see some money spent in FA for a change on a top tier talent on defense.

I would be even more happy if he pressed the issue w/ AAS about the coaching staff. The truth is; I see no way AAS does anything w/ the coaching staff even if he does. However, if he presses the issue I feel like there is less likely a chance that Mularkey gets an extension. I would feel better knowing he has to earn one in his final year. No AFC South Championship & playoffs; no extension. I would rather no 3rd year if no playoffs this year; but I think we all know that is not happening. AAS hand picked this guy as her guy. She is not admitting he is not the right guy; until she absolutely HAS to do so......

Could you please list all of the 2 good moves that Webster ever made?

He sucked at FA, he sucked in the draft, he sucked at everything and is a prime reason this franchise was set backwards for 10 years.

6-8 under him? That's awful and not accurate. The team went 18-46 while he was GM or 4-5 wins per season.

Jon's record as Titans GM is 13-10 after 23 games.

    From 2013, 2014, 2015, Our record was 12 - 36!!!!!!!!!!

Let me say this again for the fans that only came along when Marcus was drafted and don't think we've made progress..........................

Basically, we have more wins in a 23 game span than we have had in the LAST 3 SEASONS. 48 games folks!

    exactly.

and even the PATRIOTS have pulled down their imploding prospects and free agents -- it's just they're masked by the success of the season and/or offense.

    LAURENCE MARONEY - BUST
    DELTHA ONEAL -FA
    CHAD JOHNSON -FA
    ALBERT HAYNESWORTH
    ADALIUS THOMAS -FA
    SHAWN SPRINGS -FA
    ADRIAN KLEMM - BUST
    CHAD JACKSON - BUST
    RAS-I DOWLING - BUST

JROB has only one bust tag in two drafts as of present. And one asterisk - tretola..
