Marcus given multiple options within a formation that the coaches trust him to choose the best option. But he doesn’t audible much, if any, but its his responsible for reading the plays and making the right option. And I agree I think the play calling and scheme hold him back a bit, but this is what this version of the Titans are.

This is in reply to me.... I am sure you have I point, but I have no idea what it is.... I never said anything negative about any player in my post. I quoted what the sorry excuse for a HC had to say....... I think Marcus is doing as well as he can in this restrictive offense.... To a point. He has had some passes sail on him this year. He did not have an off season to improve as he was recovering.

So is there a point you want me to see from this?? I still have a lot of faith in Marcus. He has done a lot for this team. Anyone not happy w/ Marcus needs to think back a few years... To when Locker & Mett were our starters. I am willing to wait for Marcus to grow a bit.... He is going to be a great QB in this league IMO. The other scrubs we have had were NEVER going to be ANYTHING.

Guess I found an interesting quote by a Falcons reporter in 2011 when Mularkey was their OC and teams were wanting to interview him for HC jobs.

I thought this quote was interesting and really prolly whats going on here in Tennessee, heres the exact quote:

“I think the Falcons are wise in letting Mularkey speak to other teams. You now know that he's a terrific first-year coach/coordinator but his playcalling gets old and defenses figure him out. It's also great for Mularkey because the Falcons' success allows him to get another crack at a head coaching job, something all motivated assistants crave. If Mularkey does leave, let's just hope Mike Smith doesn't have to look for another offensive coordinator until well after Feb. 6.”

IDK how many have seen this if any. It's an interview AAS did w/ the Tennessean.... Read what she says in this interview & you will understand why I do not think Mularkey is going anywhere any time soon. I also believe he will get an extension. Not that I he has earned it, will earn it, or is even what I want. It is what I believe will happen.

You have to keep scrolling down to see what she says about Mularkey & JRob. It is down past a few sets of photos & ads.
