Time to start D. Henry?

Who the hell is that creep anyway. Dude looks like Charlie Chaplin with that horrible mustache. I feel like the guy knows nothing about Football and is only there because he has ties with the Adams family...

 

Besides being Bud Adams buddy IDK how/why he got involved

But he's useless at this point, only sticking around to comfort Amy Adams

He looks like the guy on Monopoly

 

Good points but one guy can't be everything. He's 6'3 and 250-he can't attack the LOS and then jump cut to another hole. Too much mass and height. When he has to run over some people he does. Rarely goes backward. As others have noted, he should be utilized on swing passes and checkdowns to really play to his strengths. He's more a Sprint draw type of back because of his size. I can certainly live with the few perceived flaws when you consider his upside. The colts knew we were running from our own 2 and he still got us out of there, and got 45 on the drive. I can't criticize anything about that. We are already using him better than last year. He's only going to get better.

 

Rumors are that he's meddlesome and a coach killer. Worse than Jerry Jones.

 

Team looked 10 times better with Henry at the helm.

Henry looks so much better the more he gets the ball.

Regardless of what people may think, Henry won this game today.

 

Henry came up big in the last quarter and IMO was responsible for the win. Of course, Murray made a couple big plays near the end as well. Prior to the last quarter, they had no run offense whatsoever.

Winning close games is a sign of a team coming together. I still fear they have many weaknesses, but they are certainly a long way from the 2015 team. I sure would like to see the offense score more TDs.

 

Not talking about cutting to a crease. His best runs come when he stiff arms and/or LB's simply can't get him down- that gives him a crease to get to the second level off the missed tackle. But he has to blast the gap down hill without hesitation. He's also fast enough to the outside so if if he's set up a convergence in the middle he'll be able to get the edge occasionally. It's a different talent level of course, but he killed in college ball with that style.
