Yes, Manning was awful. We already discussed the 2015 D was awesome and the reason they won.

I also hate how much people want to throw the word "elite" around. It's entire definition is that the word should be reserved for use to the absolute best of the best.

I know you are not using the word, but no one else did either in reference to Jax. They don't have to be "elite" to win a SB. Plenty of teams do it.

You asked if Jax is in contention for the SB this year. The answer is yes. They are playing awesome D and their mediocre QB isn't turning the ball over.

This entire back and forth we've had, was that teams do not need a top 10 QB to win a SB. Defense wins championships.

 

I dont agree with that but whatever dude. Jax isnt good enough defense to overcome mediocre offense even if Bortles doesnt turn over the ball.. they have to put points on the board... but Im pretty sure when they dont you’ll critize the offense. You just value defense over offense and thats fine
