But I suspect the new OC would, will and can use the talent we have better. Run plays or design plays to fit the players skill sets. Example, last season we ran more hurry up or spread offense and MM8 was having the offense humming but why did this disappear this season?

He meant for the current year. I'd take the risk of there being someone on the staff being capable of scurrying through the 300 pages of garbage to find the few plays actually worth calling.

Lol the flavor October was the damn shuffle pass to Weems. So, effecfive had to run it 4x per game

The Taylor sweep, the Weems shuffle, now the ***dam Adoree plays. I don't care if they are sometimes effective, because you know what isn't? The rest of the ***dam gameplan. Why don't you focus on that instead of "trick" plays. The only person getting tricked is you into thinking that you are clever or a competent OC.

In that video I posted Robiskie openly admits “I’m not a great playcaller.” Then follows that up by saying “most great play callers see if a play isn’t working they will move onto something else. I stick with it cause I think at some point a big play could pop.” He even went on to say Mularkey will yell at him during games for calling the same ineffective play over and over.

The fact the words “I’m not a great play caller” and he states what great play callers do just to say he likes to do the complete opposite is mind boggling.

If I’m Mularkey, I just take over offensive play calling and fire this guy in the off season. If the offense picks up, I will actually believe this offense could be serviceable.

I’m not gonna give Mularkey the benefit of the doubt cause he’s the one who hired the worst OC in football, but he can do something to fix the situation.

With the exception of the patriots, pretty much every team in the league could say this. And don't get me wrong, I am not against criticism. It is more a be careful what you wish for type thing. This team is better than they've been in years. I'd rather see how this plays out rather than start calling for major changes Which could very well end in taking steps backwards.

So when the OC openly admits he likes to call the same play over and over, even if it's not working, or even after the HC yells at him for it, he does it cause he thinks I might result in a 7 yard gain at some point, you're okay with that?

There's a quote you've probably heard. "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result."

I don't get how anyone can defend how poor this offense have been this season.

Especially when the OC in an interview talks about what good and successful OC's like to do, and how he likes to do the opposite just because he feels like it.

Team is 6-4, it's okay to take sips of the Kool-aid, but some of y'all are baptizing yourselves in it thinking we're saved.
