I don't like what pacman has done. He's clearly making some bad choices.

I will, however, say that there's a difference to me between spitting on someone or being drunk at a club, or being somewhere where a gun was shot, and committing violent crime. For one, Pac hasn't been convicted, so he gets some credit in that regard. But the types of crimes aren't nearly as serious to me as spouse abuse or drunk driving, both of which are generally repeated and generally passed on to your kids and further hurt society.

I completely agree that these people needed some parents. But they're grown up now, and you can't parent them anymore. Hopefully losing 50,000 dollars from going to a bar one night will send a message. Hopefully the threats from the coach will have an effect. Trust me, you wouldn't find my kids (in the future) doing anything like this.

Unfortunately these crimes seem to be accepted by the various parts of the NFL.

I hope so but somehow I doubt it.

In the Jags game, we got **** on without pac man, so im thinking the answer is now obvious, hes the only good person in teh secondary other than Hope, and Hopes more of a run stopper than a cover

Titans would have still lost. You need a player who is going to be there and you can't count on Jones for that

    Guig...

Then you do what you can do....for the people you can do it for.

Neither of us (assuming you don't know Pac or his friends/family/posse) can affect Pacman. He is who he is....we can beech and moan about it but we have 2 choices...keep watching and voice our displeasure, or watch another team (or different sport).

Remember that book that came out several years ago about all the criminals in the NFL? Guess what, they're still here and there's probably more of them. Sadly!

None of us condone what Pac or any of the other players has done, but the Titans have taken the same stance as the league...they talk a good game but don't want to lose the talent....hence, the problems repeats AND intensifies. This beginneth the problem!

The Titans should have had an inkling that Pac was an off the field problem waiting to happen and that is unacceptable for a top 6 pick...especially when he's a 5'9" CB.

I'm certainly not taking Pac's side, but the sad truth is these bad apples are all over the place. The Titans need to stop drafting these guys and post (and enforce) a HARSH penalty. Clearly the penalties being dolled out so far have had no impact on Pac or any of the other guys. Of the guys in the wrong, Haynesworth is the ONLY guy who actually SOUNDED remorseful.

A perfect example of the difference in class is a Hidecki Matsui (Yankees OF) who actually APOLOGIZED to the fans for getting HURT!!! No doing something wrong...for getting injured diving for a ball!

We need to find more of those guys!

Bad analogy. The proper analogy would be: If you see a kid throwing stones trying to break a window do you just walk past saying "oh, it's nothing to do with me" or do you take away his weekly allowance and physically prevent him from playing with his friends?

    No I didn't think so.
