Heading down Saturday, have had all of my meals planned for months! Can't wait for this game!

 

Can you give me the name of some of the local, high end boutiques in New Orleans? I love to shop at the non-chain stores in the cities I visit. And did I hear quarter martinis? No, I must at least show up at the stadium sober!

 

Erm, Hoffa, Chocolate City is the name of a strip club that features only black/brown strippers.:grrhee: Chocolate City is also the nickname of Washington, DC because of the large african american/black population.

 

Sorry, Elf. Not my specialty. Clothing especially, boutiques even more so. My new fiance is planning on using the new Saks to tide her over until she gets to go to New York in December. If you're into antiquing, there's great furniture and art in the french quarter, on royal street especially. You can drop some serious money in there, and there's the occasional gem of a clothing store in there too. But as I said, clothing is not my specialty.

See, the brilliance of quarter martinis is that it's lunch. Plenty of time to tone it down before the game. Not to mention the best turtle soup in the city.
