Titans Reach Agreement with G Scott

Awesome! This is the best move in FA we have made since we signed Hope. We still need another OG.

 

The signing is making us stronger and the Colts weaker...win-win. Plus at a cheaper price than Bell. It was a great move. With Olson likely retiring, it was a MUST move.

As I posted earlier. Look at the difference in guaranteed money. Excellent signing.

 

But the colts got something that we don't even dream of, and they are called excellent wideouts...unlike us we have nobodys!!!

 

i call this free agency a sucess for sure. we hit on all 3 of are biggest needs. we will draft a wr in the 1st. i like what we are doing. now we should just sign a couple fill in the holes players and we will be good to go.

 

Any chance we land Justin McCareins?

 

Great pick up. Now we need to go after a WR like Bryant Johnson from AZ. or Hackett . What u guys think that it would happen ,because we need to make somemore things happen.

 

Is it still a great signing if Bell becomes a multi-year probowler and Scott isn't on our team in 3 seasons?

Could be, I hope so, I also think the above scenario is more likely than the reverse. Mainly because I think the Titans are going to be a better overall team than the Rams over the next half a decade at least.

It's a good signing that I'm happy about.

I wouldn't call it great or amazing. It's simply MR doing his job. Any GM should sign a replacement, if able, when the team lets it's own starter walk.

I hope it was the right switch, and I think it'll probably work out great for us. For everyone convinced Scott was the better guard and whom we were going to go after anyway, I wonder why we didn't sign him earlier, even before Bell signed with another team?
