There is a way to tell. Moss was a stud for Minny and wasn't close to Pacman. IMO you never pass on a guy with that kind of talent. It is worth the risk. Remember, Pacman is in a league all by himself and except for just a few other players in the last two decades he is as bad as they come for behavior issues. IMO there is a much higher probability you are going to draft a bust than it is to get another piece of garbage like Pacman.

Same reason we havent brought in a great MLB. It's pointless in our system. Paying 1st round money for a guy that'll barely see the field and have minimal impact isn't a smart move.

I made my point. You just missed it. Your memories of Dyson are overblown, While he was here he was never more than reciever number 2. Homerun Throwback not withstanding. Oh and don't forget our early round steal Tyrone Calico.
I wish I shared your confidence in our drafting a wide reciever. Mason was the last wideout we drafted that made a yearly impact.
Oh and lets not forget all the big time hits we have had with free agent recievers, need I list them? I think not.
I think we should draft a reciever at some point, but I would rather take the best player on the board.

If the Titans drafted another Patrick Willis/DeMeco Ryans type player, I suspect MLB would probably take on a more prominent role in the scheme.

I agree here, but if we had a super talent at MLB would we not keep him on the field? I am not sure we would not, but an excellent point Gloat.

You should never draft WRs in the first round period. There are way too many busts in the first round that are WRs to justify using a 1st rounder on mediocre talent that this draft has at the WR position. You are always better off drafting a WR in the 2nd than in the first.

imho, I think we should ALWAYS take the BPA in Round One
    after that, draft in priority

Barely see the field? How do you figure?

Godfrey played all 3 downs when he was here.

A LB in the first round would be a great pickup. We have Thornton who played great last year at one OLB spot, a very overrated Bulluck (who should be replaced in the next year or so) at the other LB spot, and Tulloch/Fowler at MLB.
